How our Passive Investment Program works. 

     We  use  your funds to  purchase a single family home in NW Arkansas. We  will purchase the home well  below market value,  providing instant EQUITY.  We will  owner  finance the  property  for  it's current market value  for 3 years.  You will  receive  monthly payments until the time the new owner obtains their own  (Bank)  financing.  At  which  time,  you will be reimbursed  the  amount  of  your initial  investment.  You will also receive a BONUS.   You  will receive a portion of the final proceeds after all  expenses have been paid.  Your  bonus  will  be  5  to 10%  of   the profits.  The  more  projects  you  fund,  your  bonus percentage increases to a maximum of 15%.

5 Year Term

9% Return

Monthly payments to you: $375.00

1 year total  = $4,500.00 

5 year total = $22,500.00

At  the  end of 5 years, your $50,000.00 investment is  returned to you. You may fund  additional  projects. You may also fund multiple projects.
